The two co-founders and managing directors Niko Seifert and Linus Dreier bring together more than 30 years of professional experience and combine their profound real estate expertise and talents in IO. 

Martin Hirsch is a publicly appointed and sworn expert for real estate valuation by the Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Robert Schneider is a licensed architect specializing in real estate project development.

Based in Munich, IO is regionally anchored and internationally oriented. IO currently handles mandates in Germany, Europe, and the USA.
